FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery and can be used to correct varus strain of knee joint and slowing progression of gonarthrosis by means of mini-invasive operating equipment tibial osteotomy. Kit for high tibial osteotomy involves a guide pin, a cannulated drill, a resection guide and a bone fragments fixation device. Resection guide has a resection block and a body, the latter being made in the form of a rod, the sides of which are located at angle of 90–110 degrees relative to each other. In one side of the rod there is a hole for the cannulated drill, and parallel bars are attached to the other side, between which there is a through slot. Resection unit has holes for rods, and between holes has a slot for oscillator saw, and in upper part there are channels converging at angle for fixing pins. Device for fixing bone fragments at high tibial corrective osteotomy contains an insert, a plate, bone screws with angular stability and a closing screw. Insert is made wedge-like and has a body formed by two converging support planes for contact with bone and side surface. Insert has a threaded hole for the locking screw perpendicular to the plane of the second section. Insert is made porous, but in the area of the threaded hole – solid. Plate is shaped and has a length: a straight portion passing from one end into an enlarged area located on one side oriented towards the anterior bone, and on the other end – in a stepped zone located on the other side oriented backward bone, wherein the steps are located at obtuse angles to the straight part and to each other. Straight part of the plate on the side adjoining the bone is made in the middle of the flat for contact with the second flat section of the insert, and on the expanded and stepped zones it is made with surfaces similar to bone surfaces, to which the above zones adjoin. In the middle of the flat part of the plate there is a hole with a chamfer for the closing screw, and on the expanded and stepped zones, on each, there are three threaded holes for threaded heads of bone screws with arrangement of axes of these holes in apexes of conditional triangles. Method of correcting varus strain of the knee joint by means of a minimally invasive operating technique tibial osteotomy consists in using said set.

EFFECT: preventing injury (squeezing) of "goose lug" tendons after plate implantation, loss of correction and high strength of fixation due to screws with angular stability.
