FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative orthopedics, and can be used for total hip endoprosthesis replacement. The device for tools positioning during installation of femoral component of hip joint endoprosthesis has a guide in the form of a rectangular plate. One end of the guide has a clamp for guide fixing on the knee joint, a longitudinal scale and two through holes positioned one below another, perpendicular to the broad side are located at the opposite end of the guide. The upper opening is intended for a needle to definne the tip of the greater trochanter, and a lower opening is intended for a tapping rod to be inserted to the upper third of the femur. Identical removable first and second mobile units are located on the guide, there is a rectangular shape in the center of each through-hole for mounting on the guide. On one side of each removable mobile unit there is a threaded hole perpendicular to the narrow side of the guide, where the retaining bolt of the removable mobile unit on the guide is located, and on the opposite side of each removable mobile unit there is the first cylindrical hinge with a scale and an axis perpendicular to broad side plane. The first cylindrical hinge of the first removable mobile unit is attached to a cutting block through the second cylindrical joint with the scale of the first removable mobile unit. The second cylindrical hinge allows rotation of the cutting block around its long axis. The first cylindrical hinge of the second removable mobile unit is attached to a guide plate through the cylindrical hinge of the second removable mobile unit; the plate has a form of a parallelepiped, on which the third mobile unit is located, a clamp for the trial neck cone of femoral prosthesis is attached to the lower side of this unit via a bracket.
EFFECT: provision of improved accuracy of femoral neck filing, increased accuracy of restoration of the required limb length, preservation of bone tissue around the femoral component of the endoprosthesis, extended endoprosthesis service life, reduced operation time by elimination of additional femoral neck treatments.
