FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for distant ozone/NO-ultrasonic treatment of purulent wounds. The device contains an ultrasonic unit. The ultrasonic block includes an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic oscillatory system, a set of waveguides-tools: waveguides-tools for cutting wound tissues; waveguide-instrument for debridement of wounds through an intermediate medicinal solution; leaky early limiter; a waveguide-tool for distant deposition of an aerosol jet torch of ozone/NO-containing drug solution onto the wound; a group of waveguides-instruments for remote extraction by ultrasonic drainage of the infectant from the capillary-porous system of wound tissues of the focus of infection at the frequency of ultrasonic vibrations f=26.5 kHz and at sound pressure p up to 130 dB, developed in the layer of the gas gap, determined by the area within 1/8...1/32 wavelength λ ultrasound or acoustic boundary layer area; sorbing element in the form of a capillary-porous pad with a bactericidal component. The device is equipped with a hermetic wound limiter that separates the purulent wound from the environment. The device is equipped with an ozone/NO-containing gas mixture generation unit, an ozone destructor and a vacuum unit providing a rarefaction of 0.1-0.15 kg/cm2, a set of groups of waveguides-tools with front radiating ends of their working part, operating at a frequency of ultrasonic vibrations f=26.5 kHz and at sound pressure p up to 150 dB, developed in the layer of the gas gap, determined by the region within 1/8...1/32 of the wavelength of λ ultrasound or the region of the acoustic boundary layer. The hermetic wound limiter is made in the form of a bearing body made of a polymeric cone-shaped flange with a cylindrical support outlet at the top, and at the base connected to a toroidal elastic element having an inlet valve. The hermetic wound limiter has a technological cavity of sufficient volume, which allows placing in it an ultrasonic oscillatory system with a waveguide-instrument and elements of a pneumatic system for supplying an ozone/NO-containing gas mixture into the cavity and removing the spent ozone/NO-containing gas mixture from it into the ozone destructor and further into jar-collector of the vacuum block. The hermetic wound limiter is provided with a holder of an ultrasonic oscillatory system mounted on the supporting cylindrical outlet of the carrier body and with its threaded connection connected to the supporting element, configured to adjust the position of the front radiating end of the working part of the waveguide-instrument relative to the sounded wound surface, as well as a sound reflector having the ability to axial reciprocating movement, by means of a device for controlling the amount of movement and fixing the position of the sound reflector, allowing the choice of the resonant distance between the reflector and the rear stepped radiating end of the working part of the waveguide-tool, made with the possibility of creating an additional area of the resonant acoustic field in the cavity of the technological volume of the hermetic wound limiter, connected to the pneumatic system for supplying ozone/NO-containing gas mixture into it from the ozone/NO-containing gas mixture generation unit through the corresponding fitting of the acoustic system holder, as well as with the pneumatic system for removing the spent ozone/NO-containing gas mixture with deactivated and detoxified infectant in the form of a dispersive aerosol from the cavity of the technological volume of the hermetic wound limiter, through the corresponding fitting installed on the acoustic system holder, and then through the ozone destructor to the vacuum block collection jar.
