FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for distant ultrasonic treatment of purulent wounds. Method involves surgical wound treatment, exposure to a wound surface with low-frequency ultrasound and a drug solution. That is followed by ultrasonic sanitation of a wound infection center by remote sputtering on a wound surface with a waveguide-tool of an aerosol flare of ozone/NO or ozonide/NO containing drug solution with simultaneous sounding at frequency 26.5 kHz and amplitude 90–100 mcm. That is followed by remote ultrasonic extraction with wave guide tool at frequency 26.5 kHz and sound pressure 80–130 dB in layer of gas gap between radiating end of waveguide and wound surface on capillary-porous tissue system of wound surface from distance defined by region within 1/8...1/32 wavelength λ ultrasound or area of acoustic boundary layer, excluding direct contact of emitting end of waveguide-tool with surface of capillary-porous wound tissue system due to arrangement of sorbent element between them, absorbing and additionally decontaminating and detoxifying wound extract containing ultrasonic drainage containing pathogenic microflora and endotoxins.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of intoxication of the focus of infection and higher quality of sanitation of purulent wounds, thus contributing to reducing the length of their treatment, with elimination of complications of the wound process.
