FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group can be used in the chemical industry. The method for producing carbon nanomaterial and hydrogen includes the decomposition of hydrocarbons in the presence of catalysts containing transition metals of the iron subgroup at a temperature of 550-800°C by contacting the source hydrocarbon gas with a horizontally moving vibrofluidized catalyst bed with continuous countercurrent supply of the catalyst and the source hydrocarbon gas and continuous removal of the resulting gaseous and solid reaction products. The catalytic process is carried out in a vibrofluidized catalyst bed, divided in the course of its movement by partitions impervious to dispersed material into two or more sections so that the resulting reaction product is mixed over the partition from one section to another. Hydrocarbon gas is introduced into the base of the reactor by means of a distribution header in contact with the spray nozzles. A variant of the method for producing carbon nanomaterial and hydrogen and a device for implementing the methods are also proposed.

EFFECT: inventions group makes it possible to increase the productivity of the reactor in terms of carbon nanomaterial and hydrogen.
