FIELD: rolling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for deformation and heat treatment of flat steel sheets. The method includes heating to the austenitization temperature Ac3+(30-50)°C followed by unilateral cooling of the surface of the flat steel sheet at a cooling rate that ensures the appearance of microstructures continuously varying in thickness of the flat steel sheet: from ferrite-bainite microstructure on the cooled surface of the flat steel sheet to ferrite-pearlite on the opposite cooled surface of the flat steel sheet, to room temperature and bending, at which the cooled surface of the flat steel sheet is subjected to deformation by stretching. At the same time, before heating, the flat steel sheet is bent with a degree of deformation of no more than (0.2-0.3) δu, where δu is a uniform elongation of the steel in the initial state, after heating with unilateral cooling, the concave side of the flat steel sheet is cooled, and bending after cooling is carried out to an even state of the flat steel sheet.
EFFECT: increase in corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, increased wear resistance, structural strength, crack resistance and impact hardness of steel.
