FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to forming of ceramic articles containing carbon fibres, in particular, to production of articles from composite C/C-SiC material. Method includes the following steps: production of composite powder of carbon fibre and phenol resin by solvent evaporation method, in compliance with three-dimensional article model moulding of initial formed billet from carbon fibre by 3D printing method; primary treatment by means of compaction of initial moulded billet to produce C/C porous body, reaction of siliconisation in melt, high-temperature desilication and secondary compaction of C/C porous body to produce finished C/C-SiC article.

EFFECT: possibility to obtain article from composite C/C-SiC material of complex structure with short cycle and low costs, and finished article from composite C/C-SiC material has low content of residual silicon and excellent technical characteristics.
