FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for making abrasive tools on organic thermoset binder for machining parts from various metals and alloys. Filler is added to moulding mix before mixing. Said binder represents either carbon nanotubes or their mix with activated carbon or with montmorillonite, or mix of all said components. Semis of abrasive tools are formed in molds and air dried. Said semis are subjected to complete cycle of thermal treatment in microwave field of microwave chamber to temperature of complete polymerisation of organic thermoset binder and cured at this temperature.
EFFECT: faster polymerisation and thermal treatment, higher quality of abrasive tools.
