FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises the pre-heating and curing stages of the complete cycle of heat treatment of the group of semi-finished products from composite materials placed in the radiotransparent container, in the microwave field of the microwave chamber with the frequency 2450 MHz for manufacture of products from composite materials with the width up to 100 mm and with the frequency 890-915 MHz for manufacture of products from composite materials with the width above 100 mm, until achieving the temperature of complete polymerisation of organic thermosetting bonds with consequent holding at this temperature. The semi-finished items before heat treatment are placed in the open from above container inside the thermostatic layer from heat-insulating vapour and gas permeable radiotransparent loose material with high factor of diffuse reflection in infra-red range, meanwhile the semi-finished items are arranged by laying on the bottom of the named container designed mainly from the named heat-insulating material, with further filling of semi-finished items preferably by the same heat-insulating material the thermostatic layer is formed above and between semi-finished items, and also between the side edges of settled semi-finished items and the container walls. After finishing of the complete cycle of heat treatment and removal of the container from the microwave - chamber the material of the named thermostatic layer is removed using the pneumatic device into the storage vessel.

EFFECT: increase of productivity of microwave heat treatment and quality of composite materials.
