FIELD: the invention refers to the field of abrasive processing and may be used at manufacturing of an abrasive instrument on a bakelite pack for grinding semi-finished products from different metals and alloys.

SUBSTANCE: the components of a forming mixture are dosed and mixed. The semi-finished products of abrasive instruments are formed in a press mold without warming-up with their following extraction and drying on air. After that the full cycle of thermal processing of semi-finished products is executed. It includes phases of preliminary warming-up and consolidation in the microwave field of a microwave chamber for achieving the temperature of full polymerization of the bakelite pack with heating at this temperature.

EFFECT: reduces technological cost price and increases quality of manufacturing of the abrasive instrument.
