FIELD: technical means for protecting confidential information against unauthorized access.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for protecting confidential information against unauthorized access. Device contains a sealed casing, in which the working charge consisting of a metal tube filled with pyrotechnic composition with a weakening slot on the outer surface and an initiating element consisting of current-carrying electrodes with a glow bridge, are installed. The design includes an electronic unit, through which the data carrier is connected to the device via a multi-core loop. The unit includes a capacitive energy storage unit with a charge control unit, activation control units, glow bridge integrity control and control signal passage. The capacitive accumulator is connected to the glow bridge via MOS-switches transistor switches with a diode connected in parallel in reverse. Transistors installed in the circuit of the engagement control unit are cascaded to the transistor MOS-switches gates, and two separate transistor switches installed in the circuit of the charge control unit are connected in parallel to the capacitive storage device via a resistor. Two limiting resistors and transistor switches are connected in series to the glow bridge, and two separate transistor switches installed in the glow bridge integrity control and control signal passage circuitry for connection to the test current source provided with the data carrier.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility to increase a device actuation reliability and a personnel safety during the device operation.
