After the controller performs the first defrost control, the second defrost is controlled in which the switch is set corresponding to the second state, and after the controller performs the second defrosting control, the third defrost control is carried out in which switching state of switching device is set corresponding to the first state.

EFFECT: prevention from formation of thick frost layer and increase in efficiency of heating operation.
