SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of facial prosthetics and can be used for orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with post-traumatic or oncological defects of the head and face. carrying out computed tomography of the head of a patient with a facial defect; connection of the indicated received digital data of the patient in a computer program for 3D modeling of objects into a single three-dimensional model of the head; modeling on the obtained head model, a three-dimensional model of facial prostheses, corresponding in shape to the missing parts of the face; adaptation of virtual models of facial prostheses to the boundaries of the patient's prosthetic bed and modeling of the boundaries of the prosthesis so that the outer edge of the prosthesis overlaps the skin of the outer border of the defect by 5 mm and has a thickness of 3 to 1 mm to the periphery; uploading a three-dimensional image of the simulated facial prosthesis into the program for additive manufacturing, followed by the production of an epithesis by the method of three-dimensional printing from a structural material. In this case, a composition containing urethane dimethacrylate, polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, an iron oxide body pigment, is used as a structural material, in the following ratio of components in mass. %: urethane dimethacrylate - 43.9-53, polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate - 38.9-48, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate - 1-5, diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide - 1-3, titanium dioxide - 0.2 wt.%, brown iron oxide pigment - 0.2 wt.%, red iron oxide pigment - 0.01 wt.% and yellow iron oxide pigment - 0.1 wt.%.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to manufacture a prosthesis with high aesthetic characteristics and hardness according to Shore A 40, which is determined by touch as skin integuments.
