FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, namely to complex lubricants, which are used for sizing continuous basalt fibers intended for the manufacture of roving, basalt fabrics and structural basalt plastics with epoxy matrix. The technical result of the invention is to create lubricant compositions for processing continuous basalt fibers, providing an increase in the strength characteristics of fibrous materials at all stages of textile processing, as well as a high level of characteristics of composite thermoset materials and thermoplastics. The lubricant for basalt fiber contains film former (aqueous epoxy dispersion VEP-74E), adhesive compatibilizer (gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), plasticizer, wetting agent, acidic pH regulator and water. At the same time, the lubricant contains a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide of the Laprol brand with a molecular weight of 2000-20000 as a plasticizer, sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate of the SK-2 brand as a wetting agent and additionally contains an adhesion modifier: furfuryl alcohol or citric acid or oxalic acid or mixtures thereof, in the following ratio, wt.%: aqueous epoxy dispersion VEP-74E 5-8; laprol 0.6-1.6; gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane 0.4-1.0; wetting agent SK-2 0.14-0.35; adhesion modifier 0.05-0.5; water is the rest. Acetic acid and/or citric and/or oxalic acid are used as a pH regulator.

EFFECT: lubricant compositions for processing continuous basalt fibers, providing an increase in the strength characteristics of fibrous materials at all stages of textile processing, as well as a high level of characteristics of composite thermoset materials and thermoplastics.
