FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials of penetrating action, used in construction for high-speed recovery of concrete strength due to injection of cracks and creation of a reinforcing polymer adhesive layer in them. Methacrylic composition consists of component A, which is a solution of benzoyl peroxide in a mixture of active low-volatile methacrylates, and component B, which is an amine-containing solution, wherein component A includes a solution of benzoyl peroxide in urethane methacrylate resin and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, taken at ratio of 2.5–3.5:100:133, and component B is a solution of KATAPAV 1214C.80 and N,N-dimethylaniline (or N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine) in 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, taken at ratio of 2.5–3.5:0.75–1.05 0.26–0.36:17–117, with the following ratio, wt including component A: urethane methacrylate resin 100, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate 133, benzoyl peroxide 2.5–3.5; component B: 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate 17–117, KATAPAV 1214C.80 2.5–3.5, a tertiary aromatic amine selected from N,N-dimethylaniline in amount of 0.75–1.05 or N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine in amount of 0.26–0.36.
EFFECT: creation of a composition with long storage life and accelerated hardening at room temperature for filling cracks and restoring strength of damaged concrete.
