FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to epoxy compositions of cold hardening and can be used for fastening steel anchors in reinforced concrete, stone and brick. Disclosed is a two-component epoxy composition used for fastening steel anchors, fittings, threaded rods, bushings and metal elements in structures and bases made of concrete, reinforced concrete and natural stone - an adhesive anchor filled with a stabilizing mineral mixture based on pyrogenic (colloidal) forms of silicon dioxide, characterized by that the composition is finished with organosilicon compounds, contains quartz flour, wherein component "A" contains a solution of epoxy resin in a mixture of ethers - triglycidyl ether of trimethylolpropane and 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, and component "B" contains an amine hardener based on 2-methylpentane-1,5-diamine, modified with cycloaliphatic polyamines, wherein the ratio of components "A" and "B" in composition is 3:1, having the following composition: Component A (wt.%): epoxy-diane resin (40–80), trimethylol propane triglycidyl ether (1–15), 1,4-butanediol glycidyl ether (1–15), quartz flour (1–30), pyrogenic (colloidal) silicon dioxide (balance); Component B (wt.%): 2-methylpentane-1,5-diamine (50–90), cycloaliphatic polyamine (5–20), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (1–5), quartz flour (1–30), pyrogenic (colloidal) silicon dioxide (the rest). Operating temperature of the hardened composition ranges from minus 50 to plus 80 degrees Celsius.

EFFECT: high mechanical strength and adhesion to various stone and metal materials, high wear resistance, low shrinkage during hardening, low water absorption of the disclosed composition.
