SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and sports, in particular to the design of an exercise machine, and can be used when exercising on weight exercise machines. Exercise set including hand clamps fixed on the handles of the machine, foot clamps, as well as a seat with a backrest equipped with safety belts with a lock, the seat mounted on a vertical drive and configured to be rotatable around the axis thereof. Therein the vertical drive is connected to the horizontal drive installed on the machine to move the seat along the working part of the machine towards the handles. The seat is equipped with attached leg guides, including two connected parts and configured to be rotatable relative to each other, the other side of the guides is attached to the footrest with foot clamps.
