FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to devices, and is intended for shunting and prosthetics of visceral arteries in case of their occlusive lesions associated with injuries and trauma, oncological processes (tumour invasion), as well as with infections of vascular prostheses. Stent graft for bypassing and prosthetics of visceral arteries contains a main tubular body made of biocompatible woven material throughout and a metal stent in the distal part. The metal stent is configured as a braided structure made from a single solid conical wire with the possibility of expansion, the stent is 2 cm long and is located inside the biocompatible woven material. The metal stent is attached to the biocompatible woven material throughout entire length thereof. The proximal part of the stent graft consists exclusively of corrugated biocompatible woven material.
EFFECT: stent-graft is universal, does not require special selection for a particular patient and prevents the occurrence of such formidable complications for the patient as thrombosis of the structure, deformation and displacement thereof.
