FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. After implantation of the main stent-graft into the aorta, an aortography is performed and the origin of the occluded main aortic branches is determined. Guidewire-catheter system is used to perforate the stent-graft material. Guidewire is brought into the main branch, the wall of the main stent-graft is pre-dilatation with a balloon catheter. Peripheral stent-graft is brought along the guidewire. Metal frame of the peripheral stent-graft with a segment for sutureless connection with the main stent-graft is 2 cm long in the form of a single braided structure from solid wire of conical shape with possibility of expansion and is located inside biocompatible woven material. Biocompatible woven material covers the metal frame with a segment for sutureless connection with the main stent-graft and is attached throughout its length, and segment for sutureless connection with main stent-graft in proximal part is made at angle of 120°.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of such complications as endoleaks and thrombosis of the structure, its deformation and displacement, provides smooth blood flow along the peripheral stent-graft and prevention of turbulence in the proximal part after branching from the main trunk.
