SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to the clip for the atrial appendage and the device for its delivery. Clip for the atrial appendage contains two parallel arms and two springs located respectively on two ends of parallel arms and used to interconnect the two ends of the two arms in order to obtain a closed structure and provide a compressive force that allows the two arms to move closer. At least one of the two arms is split into the first segment and the second segment, while the first segment and the second segment are connected to each other by a hinge or by means of a flexible material. Device for delivering the above clip for the atrial appendage to the base of the atrial appendage contains a handle, a coupling connected to the handle and made with the possibility of rotation relative to the handle, the outer tube connected to the coupling, sleeve, activator, upper teeth and lower teeth. Outer tube can rotate around its axis, turning the coupling. Sleeve is configured to move in the outer tube along the axial line of the outer tube. Activator is connected to the handle and is made with the possibility of displacement relative to the handle, and the specified activator is connected to the end of the sleeve, which is closer to the handle, so that it can press the sleeve, causing it to move in the outer tube. Upper teeth and lower teeth carry a clip for the atrial appendage and are pivotally connected with the end of the outer tube removed from the handle. Upper teeth and lower teeth are connected, respectively, with the sleeve, having the ability to rotate relative to the outer tube when the sleeve is displaced in the outer tube, which facilitates the scissor-like opening and closing of the upper teeth and lower teeth.

EFFECT: use of inventions allows for isolation of the left atrial appendage.
