FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: access network device generates information about configuration, which is used to indicate that there is one candidate position for SSB block in a time slot, or there are two candidate positions for SSB block in one time slot. A candidate position for SSB block is a position in a time domain, in which the access network device can transmit SSB block. The access network device transmits SSB block to a terminal. Information about configuration is transmitted in a physical broadcasting channel (PBCH) of SSB block.
EFFECT: reduction in a number of attempts of signal detection with a terminal and reduction in its energy consumption.
