SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used for subjective assessment of the degree of hearing loss in a person. The audiometer contains a periodic function address sensor 2, a periodic function calculation unit 10, a switch 11, a first multiplier 7, a first adder 8, a phase calculation unit 13, an amplitude calculation unit 14, a second multiplier 17, a digital-to-analog converter 18, a low-pass filter 19, as well as a pseudo-random sequence length sensor 3 and a pseudo-random sequence generation unit 6, a signal duration code sensor 1 and a divider with a variable division factor 9, a frequency band code sensor 4, an initial frequency code sensor 5, an amplitude modulating function address sensor 15 and an amplitude calculation unit -modulating function 16, a clock pulse generator 12, a phase calculation unit 13. In order to supply an output signal to the tested ear with a given intensity level, a series-connected intensity code sensor 25, a second adder 22, a controlled attenuator 21, a controlled switch 24, a permanent memory are introduced 20, sensor code and the tested ear 23.
EFFECT: output signal is delivered to the tested ear with a given intensity level.
