FIELD: cellular biology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cellular biology, in particular to a method for proliferation of human Vγ9Vδ2 T-cells and a cultural medium for their proliferation. For implementation of the specified method, first, a composition is cultivated, containing T-cells, using a cultural medium capable of stimulating T-cells, which contains a full RPMI-1640 cultural medium with 10% fetal calf serum, interleukin-2, and a phosphonic acid compound, namely zoledronic acid. Next, the second cultural medium is used for cultivation of stimulated T-cells, which contains a full RPMI-1640 cultural medium with 10% fatal calf serum, interleukin-2, interleukin-15, and vitamin C. At the same time, a concentration of interleukin-2 is 40-500 ng/ml, a concentration of interleukin-15 is 3.48-700 ng/ml, a concentration of vitamin C is 70 mcM – 300 mM, a concentration of phosphonic acid compounds is 50-500 mcM.

EFFECT: present invention allows for improvement of the efficiency of proliferation and purity of Vγ9Vδ2 T-cells; human Vγ9Vδ2 T-cell obtained by means of cultivation in this method has a stronger antiapoptotic capacity and a longer period of cell survival, and, in addition, a level of expression of its critical NKG2D killer molecules is higher, which allows it to have a stronger capacity of destruction of tumor cells.
