SUBSTANCE: immunocytokine is obtained containing: an interleukin-15 conjugate and a sushi IL-15Rα domain covalently bound to the antibody or a fragment thereof directed against an antigen related to tumour neovascularization or to the extracellular matrix of the tumour or tumour antigen. The amino acid sequence of the conjugate is in the C-terminal position relative to the amino acid sequence of the antibody or fragment thereof.
EFFECT: preparation of IL-15 super-agonists exhibiting increased activity compared to RLI alone, with a high yield in CHO cells.
