FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to the field of dial gauges, vacuum gauges, vacuum gauges and other instruments, the cases of which have various shapes with a protective glass located above the dial. The device contains a housing with a dial, a pointer, an encoder, a magnet, which are installed coaxially with the axis of rotation of the pointer indicator, a microcontroller with a digital interface for controlling the operating modes of the pressure gauge and processing data from the encoder. Additionally, the device contains a scaler, the input of which is connected to the output of the microcontroller using a digital interface, a source of reference pressure, the output of which is connected to the input of the manometer. In the calibration mode the specified pressure is sequentially supplied from the source of reference pressures to the pressure gauge input, with a certain step, and the rotation angles of the pinion are measured using the encoder. The microcontroller remembers these values and calculates the coefficients of the pressure gauge scale equation. The resulting form of the individual scale is applied to the dial by a scalegraph, and in the process of assembling the pressure gauge, the zero position of the pointer indicator is combined with the zero indication of the individual scale of the dial, thereby eliminating the error of the pointer pressure gauge. In the measurement operating mode, the measured pressure is supplied to the input of the pressure gauge, the value of which is determined by the scale on the dial using a pointer and by the angle of rotation of the pointer axis using an encoder and a microcontroller, and the information outputs of the pressure gauge are controlled by a microcontroller.
EFFECT: increase in measurements, as well as expanding the functionality and application of digital technologies.
