FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a textured tape for the manufacture of paper napkins on a device for the production of paper napkins, in which a fibrous web passes through at least one press gap together with a textured tape. The textured tape has a surface facing the web, which is intended for contact with the fibrous web in the production of paper napkins, and the surface facing the web has cavities that are distributed over the specified surface, and a conditional grid placed on the surface facing the web divides the specified surface into a repeating pattern of rectangular cells, in this case, the cells are distributed in rows that run in the transverse direction, and the cells of neighboring rows are shifted relative to each other in the transverse direction, in this case, each cell contains at least two cavities of different depths and an adjacent contact area, and each cell extends in the machine direction by 0.5-5 mm.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of paper napkins.
