SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related specifically to therapy and infectology and is intended for the treatment and/or prevention of infectious and inflammatory diseases. Liquid pharmaceutical composition with antiseptic activity contains 2,3-bis-(hydroxymethyl)quinoxaline 1,4-di-N-oxide and at least one excipient selected from a number of cyclodextrins. This composition is an aqueous solution. In other embodiments, a medicament containing this pharmaceutical composition is provided, and the use of this pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of infectious and inflammatory diseases. Also, a kit that includes a bottle with the specified pharmaceutical composition or the specified drug, at least one nozzle selected from the group consisting of a spray nozzle and a dropper nozzle, and instructions for use, is provided.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the treatment and/or prevention of infectious and inflammatory diseases.
