SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, specifically to use of dioxidine for treating and/or preventing infectious-inflammatory epithelial injuries and wound healing, to a medicinal agent, pharmaceutical composition, a ready dosage form and a kit for treating and/or preventing infectious-inflammatory epithelial injuries and wound healing. Use of dioxydine involves local application of 0.001–0.4 wt/vol. % aqueous solution of dioxidine with pH from 3 to 7.5. Drug, pharmaceutical composition and the finished dosage form are aqueous 0.001–0.4 wt/vol. % dioxidine solution having pH of 3 to 7.5. Kit contains a bottle with a drug, a pharmaceutical composition or a ready dosage form, a nozzle and instructions for use.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides preserving the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity of dioxidine in solutions, high photostability, high resistance to self-oxidation of dioxidine in solutions, high quality of dioxydine solutions and safety thereof due to the absence of microcrystals therein, accelerated healing of wounds and/or burns, recovery of damaged epithelium, reduced complications in treatment, provision of conditions for fast wound epithelisation, wider range of anti-infectious and anti-inflammatory topical agents for treating and/or preventing infectious-inflammatory epithelial injuries.
