SUBSTANCE: apparatus for constructing predictive energy-saving train schedules includes the following interconnected units: obtaining information on the current train position and pass conditions; obtaining data of the standard train schedule; creating an energy-saving train schedule; manual input of data; simulating traction conditions of the train as it moves on a railway section; obtaining data on planned "windows"; sending the predictive schedule to a train control system; obtaining an executed train schedule; making a predictive schedule and an executed schedule and means of lining train lines.
EFFECT: high accuracy of making a train schedule.
