SUBSTANCE: invention relates to highly informative magnetic resonance (MP) studies of cardiovascular pathologies. During one study, quantitative indicators of distensibility and regional stiffness of the aorta are determined, without exception, in all segments and throughout its entire length: the ascending, thoracic and abdominal aorta, as well as the pulse wave velocity between control points in the ascending and descending parts of the aorta at the level of the right pulmonary artery.
EFFECT: reduction of harmful effects on the patient's body, such as radiation exposure, invasive intervention, the need to administer contrast agents.
