FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, X-ray diagnostics. Examination is two-staged. At the first stage group of tomograms of initial, main and control phases of CT is made. At second step, computational analysis is performed. Aortic perimeter and area are determined at levels of descending thoracic and abdominal aortas. Volumes of aortic canals are determined in its three segments: I – from the mouth of the left subclavian artery to the distal end of the stent-graft, II – from the distal edge of the stent-graft to the level of the celiac aortic axis, III – from level of celiac axis to level of aortic bifurcation. Delamination pattern is determined – residual fenestrations, false canal patency, a delamination anatomy, the placed stent graft parameters – a diameter, a seating level, a length, a degree of placement, presence or absence of a bend, a placement channel, a degree of thrombosis.
EFFECT: method allows to monitor functional state of descending thoracic and abdominal aorta in patients after hybrid surgical treatment, objectively assess the effectiveness of the treatment, detect or predict complications in a timely manner, to exclude medical errors when planning treatment due to determination of set of qualitative and quantitative indicators of functional state of descending thoracic and abdominal departments of aorta.
