SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious vehicles that are capable of transforming into aircraft-type aircraft and perform vertical takeoff and landing, move on the ground, water and roads. The vehicle contains a fuselage with front and rear cabins, connected by a passage, with retractable front and rear landing gear wheels and the main landing gear. Folding right and left wing planes are located between the front and rear cockpits. Four propeller units can take a horizontal or vertical position and enable horizontal flight with vertical takeoff and landing. The fifth horizontal propeller unit is located in the upper rear of the fuselage. The bottom is adapted for movement on water. At the same time, the vehicle has a ten-seat front cabin, the first two places in the bow of which are occupied by the crew, and a five-seat rear passenger cabin connected to the front by an expanded rectangular aisle in full height. The entrance door is located in the forward cabin.

EFFECT: increased passenger and cargo capacity, performance and flight safety.
