SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious vehicles that are capable of being transformed into flight vehicle of type aircraft. Transformable vertical takeoff and landing amphibian plane contains pilot and passenger cabins, luggage compartment, rear propeller unit, retractable front and rear wheels of the chassis with skis, folding the right and left wing planes with the tail part using cable mechanisms, for formation of a land vehicle. Main chassis is located in the center of a fuselage and consists of two retractable legs with pairs of wheels and with skis. Wing planes are equipped with front and rear struts, propeller-driven units located in the front part of wing central sections on pylons, and are capable of taking a horizontal or vertical position. Tail part from the sides has a screw-type unit capable of receiving a vertical or horizontal position and located at the end of the swinging brackets consisting of two converging pipes and a control mechanism.

EFFECT: it is possible to move on land, water, snow and air with vertical take-off and landing, as well as on roads and streets of populated areas.
