SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious vehicles capable of being transformed into airplane-type aircraft. Convertible three-medium fifteen-seater vehicle comprises front and rear passenger cabins. Crew is located in the front part of the front cabin. Retractable chassis consists of front and rear wheels and two main legs in the centre with pairs of driving wheels. Proposed vehicle comprises LH and RH wing planes and tail section folded by cable mechanisms to make ground vehicle. Wing planes are equipped with front and rear struts and propeller-driven installations. On the rear part of the fuselage there is a third propeller unit to reduce the length of the takeoff run. Skis function is performed by the main landing gear guide frames having a convex bottom, as well as the rear part of the fuselage bottom.

EFFECT: possibility of thirteen passengers or cargo transportation by air with takeoff and landing on ground, water and snow.
