SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of profiles having side edges specially designed to engage one with the other, with the formation of a locking connection, which can be used mainly in the connection of wall-forming sheet pile welded elements to create sheet pile walls, as well as in the connection of concrete blocks of a road barrier. The system of profiles for creating a lock connection contains two profiles: the first is a female profile, consisting of a strip part and a U-shaped side edge, the end sections of which, bent inward, form an open cavity for placing the side edge of the second profile in it, the end sections of the U-shaped the edges are made symmetrical about the axis of the profile, the second - a profile with a T-shaped edge, consisting of a shelf with symmetrically curved edges and with the possibility of its placement in an open cavity formed by the end sections of the U-shaped side edge of the first profile, and the angle α of the bend of the edges of the shelf T -shaped profile is less than 90°, and the bend angle of the end sections of the U-shaped edge of the strip profile is equal to α+90°, and the strip part, the symmetry axis of which coincides with the shelf symmetry axis. The end sections of the profile with a U-shaped edge with a thickness a>0 on the outside throughout the entire length of the rounding have a thickening with a constant value b>0, the inner radius of the end sections is equal to R1>0, the outer radius of the end sections is equal to R2=R1+a+b, the U-shaped side edge with a thickness a>0 on the outer side has a thinning, which throughout the entire length of the convex rounding has a constant value c>0, and throughout the entire length of the concave rounding smoothly decreases from c>0 at the junction point of the convex and concave rounding to 0 at the point of contact with the strip part. The inner radius of the U-shaped side edge is equal to R3>0, the outer radius of the convex rounding of the U-shaped side edge is R4=R3+a-c and smoothly mates with the outer radius of the concave rounding R5>0 of the U-shaped side edge.

EFFECT: increasing the strength of the profile with a U-shaped edge while reducing the metal consumption of the interlock.
