FIELD: manufacture of castings of refractory alloys, particularly castings of turbine blades of gas-turbine engines and plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vacuum chamber having preheating chamber, cooling chamber and annular screen dividing said two chambers. Screen and cooling chamber are arranged in upper part of vacuum chamber; preheating chamber is arranged in lower part of vacuum chamber. Melt metal is poured to ceramic mold through riser communicated with lower portion of casting mold by means of casting duct. Oriented crystallization is realized by moving ceramic mold from preheating chamber to cooling chamber against gravity action. It provides elimination of convective flows in liquid-solid zone of casting. EFFECT: enhanced quality of casting due to elimination of stream liquation stripes. 5 cl, 1 dwg
