FIELD: recycling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to composite polyester-based films and a method for regeneration of a composite polyester-based container. Composite polyester-based film for a reusable composite polyester-based container, containing a base layer including composite polyester-based resin, is described, while composite polyester-based resin contains a diol component and a dicarboxylic component, and composite polyester-based resin contains neopentyl glycol in amount from 1 to 35% mol. of the total number of moles of the diol component, a printed layer located on one side of a base layer. At the same time, when film is cut into pieces 1 cm wide and 1 cm long, immersed in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), having a concentration of 1%, and mixed for 15 min at 85°C at a rate of 240 m/min, an average particle size of the printed layer component separated from the base layer is 15-1000 mcm, while, when flakes obtained by grinding the composite polyester-based container equipped with composite polyester-based film are thermally processed at a temperature from 200°C to 220°C for 60-120 min, an aggregating fraction is 5% or less, where the aggregating fraction is a fraction of aggregates formed from flakes having at least three times the size of flake particles relatively to the total weight of flakes. An option of the invention implementation is also described, in which composite polyester-based film for a reusable container additionally contains a layer contributing peeling, located between the base layer and the printed layer. A method for regeneration of composite polyester-based container, at least part of which is surrounded with composite polyester-based film, and regenerated crumb obtained by the specified method are also described.
EFFECT: increase in possibilities of reuse of composite polyester-based containers, prevention of environmental pollution due to that a printed layer component is not dissolved in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, increase in the quality of regenerated crumb.
