FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. The upper disk 4 consists of a conical ring 7 rigidly attached to the lower end 8 of the loading pipe 2, and a horizontal ring 9 rigidly attached to the outer ends 10 of the conical ring 7. A spreading cone 12 with vertical blades 11 is rigidly fixed to the lower surface of the conical ring 7 by means of vertical blades 11 angle β of the slope of the upper surface, exceeding the angle α of the natural repose of the material. Impact hammers 13 are hinged in the center of the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk 5. The minimum distance between the lower surface of the conical ring 7 and the upper surface of the spreading cone 12 exceeds 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. On the upper working surface of the lower horizontal disk 5 and on the lower working surface of the horizontal ring 9, radial ribs 14 and 15 are rigidly fixed, the vertical gap between which decreases from Dmax in the central part to (0.1 ... 0.5) Dmax, at the periphery disks 4 and 5. Wear-resistant plates 16 are rigidly attached to the vertical blades 11 in the direction of their rotation.
EFFECT: grinder provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process.
