FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to evaluate deviations from the roundness of conical holes. The conical hole control device includes two normally closed solenoid valves, a source of compressed air, a device for measuring air pressure, an air pressure stabilizer, an air receiver with a pressure sensor installed in it, an electronic control unit that includes an input device, a data processing unit, a memory device, a timer, control lamps of different colors, and a housing with an internal cavity mounted on the controlled part and containing a spring, a rod, a gauge in form of a standard steel ball and an o-ring. At the same time, the electronic control unit is configured to process signals from the pressure sensor and the timer, control the operation of the solenoid valves, automatically make a decision on compliance or non-compliance of the controlled conical hole with the specified requirements, and supply voltage to one of the control lamps, depending on the decision made.
EFFECT: development of a device for control of conical holes, the use of which will reduce the likelihood of rejection of suitable products and will have a lower labor intensity of the control process.
