FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pharmaceutical composition for chemical tissue ablation and its use in order to obtain an organized vascularized connective tissue in the injection area. Pharmaceutical composition for chemical tissue ablation includes disulfiram and isobutyl and ethyl alcohol or an aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol with an alcohol content of 96.4–97 wt.% in the following ratio of components, in % by weight: disulfiram — 0.1–3, isobutyl alcohol — 24–34, ethyl alcohol or an aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol with an alcohol content of 96.4–97 in % by weight — the rest. The use of a pharmaceutical composition for chemical ablation of a myocardial site, isolated neoplasms of parenchymal organs and vascular malformations by injection during open operations and during endovascular interventions using an injection catheter or microcatheter.
EFFECT: above group of inventions ensures the effectiveness of tissue ablation and reduces the risk of disease recurrence in the long term.
