FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry, namely to an odontobiomimetic bonding system; it can be used for restoration of lost dental tissue. A bioactive bonding system is proposed, containing a dentine conditioner, a primer, light-cured adhesive, wherein the latter contains nanoscale carbonate-substituted calcium hydroxyapatite with an average nanocrystal size of 20×20×50 nm, obtained from bird eggshell by liquid-phase synthesis in amount of 0.01 g per 1 ml of adhesive containing light-cured components, isopropylidene-bis-[2-hydroxy-3-(4-phenoxy)propylmethacrylate] in amount of 1-15%, urethanedimethacrylate in amount of 40-80%, ethylene glycol methyl ether in amount of 10-40%, N,N-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate in amount of 0.2-2%, DL-camphorquinone in amount of 0.05-0.6%, a chemical polymerization inhibitor, 2-oxy-4-methaoxybenzophenol in amount of 0.01-0.8%, dihydroxylparatoluidine in amount of 0.5-5%, benzoyl peroxide in amount of 1-15% of the total weight amount of adhesive, while the dentine conditioner contains 0.06 g of lysin-hydrochloride and 0.003 g of arginine-hydrochloride per 1 ml of the conditioner, and the primer contains hyaluronic acid of 0.01-0.05% of the total weight amount of the primer.
EFFECT: above-described bonding system is effective for restoration of lost dental tissue, contributes to reduction in residual stresses, which may form in polymerization, increases hardness of layers due to creation of a hybrid bio-interface, which, by its molecular composition, chemical and morphological characteristics, has the maximum affinity to natural enamel and dentine apatite, as well as their amino acid matrix.
