SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, restorative medicine, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder. Hydrokinesitherapy is preliminarily used in the form of swimming in a pool with a water temperature of 26-27°C with the participation of a rehabilitator. Whrein in the first two lessons they use a sports noodle, in 3-5 lessons - inflatable armlets, starting from the sixth lesson, the child is given the opportunity to swim independently. The course of hydrokinesitherapy includes 10 daily sessions lasting 40 minutes. Starting from the sixth day, an hour after swimming, a session of dolphin therapy is held with the participation of a rehabilitologist, a dolphin and a dolphin trainer. The course includes 10 daily sessions lasting 30 minutes. Each session consists of 2 parts - 15 minutes on the platform and 15 minutes in the water.

EFFECT: method allows to correct neuromodulatory, adaptive disorders, reduce negative reactions, reduce the severity of symptoms and the severity of autism.
