SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder. Classes are held in the pool, accompanied by a rehabilitator. In the first two sessions, a sports noodle is used, in 3-5 sessions - inflatable armlets, starting from the 6th session, the rehabilitator supports the patient's body with his hands. All classes in the pool begin with a warm-up in the water by walking in the water, circular movements of the arms, alternately bending the legs at the knee joints, tilting the torso back and forth, right and left, doing exercises in the water using different game objects. Each exercise in water is repeated 5 times. The musical accompaniment of the warm-up is carried out by listening to children's songs, and the instructor sings along with the child. Classes are held in the pool at a water temperature of 29-30°C for 30 minutes, a course of 12 sessions every other day, alternating with balneotherapy procedures. Balneotherapy is carried out in the form of using baths with bischofite with a mineralization of 15 g/l, a temperature of 37-36°C and accompanied by listening to musical compositions in the form of birds singing, the sound of the sea, the murmur of water, the noise of the wind.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder due to the development of cognitive, emotional-volitional and musculoskeletal spheres, the inclusion of children with this pathology in society.
