SUBSTANCE: invention is DNA marker for selection and seed production of sorghum hybrids based on A1 type cytoplasmatic male sterility, which is a fragment, which is formed after Tru9 I restrictase (MseI analogue) action on amplicon obtained in PCR with specific primers 5'-CAGGGGCCAAATGTTGTTAC-3' and 5'-CACAGTTTTATATTTTCCGTGATAGTG-3'.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and reduction in time of selection of sorghum genotypes carrying a dominant allele of Rf2 gene restoring pollen fertility with A1 (milo) type cytoplasmatic male sterility.
