FIELD: organizing barrier for containing pedestrians during public events.

SUBSTANCE: organizing modular barrier contains a footboard (2), the outer edge (21) which is in contact with the ground. The inner edge (22) is raised from the parapet (1). In the lower position of said parapet (1), at least one supporting element (4) is attached as a single unit, which protrudes from said parapet (1) on the side opposite to the side of said footboard (2) down to the ground. At least one wheel (5), the axis of rotation of which is parallel to the inner edge (22) of said footboard (2), is connected to at least one said supporting element (4) with the possibility of rotation. Said wheel (5) is configured to remain in a raised position above the ground whenever the barrier is in the operating position. Said lower part of said parapet forms at least one opening (10) suitable for receiving the wheel (51) of the second organizing modular barrier when laid on top.

EFFECT: creation of a barrier that is easy to stack, and also difficult to turn over and easy to move on the ground.
