FIELD: composite catalytic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a composite catalytic material in the form of hollow spheres using microwaves, including stage heat treatment of a cation exchange resin with an acryl-divinylbenzene matrix pre-saturated with nickel (II) ions, annealed for 30 minutes at temperatures of 100, 250°C and for 60 minutes at 350, 400, 600°C at a heating rate of the muffle furnace of 14°C/min. The method is characterized by the fact that at the first stage, before staged processing, cation exchangers in the Na-form are placed in a saturated aqueous solution of nickel(II) nitrate and subjected to microwave action at a radiation power of 100 W for 2-5 minutes to achieve equilibrium of the ion exchange of sodium cations of ion exchangers on d metal cations and sorption capacity values in the range of 7.32-7.38±0.16 mmol-eq/g followed by filtration of cation exchangers, washing with water and drying at room temperature, immersion of dried cation exchangers in a film-forming solution based on ethyl alcohol, cerium(III) nitrate, salicylic acid and tetraethoxysilane in the following ratio of components, mol/l : cerium (III) nitrate 0.25-0.29, salicylic acid 0.25-0.29, tetraethoxysilane from 0.07 to 0.11, ethyl alcohol - the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the ion exchange time from a day to 5 minutes.
