SUBSTANCE: functional food product with tonic properties is proposed, consisting of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, taurine and a combined dry extract of celery roots and leaves, red root roots, leuzea safflower roots, hawthorn fruits, at the following ratio initial components, wt.%: vitamin C 3.50-4.00; vitamin E 0.50-1.50; vitamin B2 0.015-0.020; vitamin B6 0.015-0.020; vitamin B9 0.050-0.006; taurine 0.010-0.015; combined dry extract of celery roots and leaves, red root roots, safflower-shaped leuzea roots, hawthorn fruits, the rest is up to 100, while extracts of each herbal ingredient are prepared separately to obtain a combined extract, and 40% ethyl alcohol is used as an extractant at a ratio of vegetable raw materials: extractant - 1:10 and extraction is carried out by maceration for 10 days at room temperature, after which the obtained extracts are filtered and combined, alcohol is distilled off, evaporated under vacuum to a viscous consistency and dried in a vacuum drying cabinet, the resulting mass is ground on a ball mill, while the plant material is taken in the following ratio, kg: roots and leaves of celery 12.0-14.0; roots of the red root 12.0-14.0; roots of leuzea safflower-like 12.0-14.0; hawthorn fruits 12.0-14.0.
