SUBSTANCE: method for selecting a pool of peptides resulting from a frameshift (CFSP) to obtain a universal pool of peptides for a cancer vaccine (CVP) for the prevention and treatment of patients with hereditary and sporadic tumors with microsatellite instability (MSI). The present invention also relates to a method for producing CVPs by selecting a subset of frameshift peptides (FSPs) from CFSPs and optionally modifying the amino acid (ad) sequence of the FSPs to produce modified FSPs (mFSPs). The present invention further relates to pools of nucleic acids encoding CVP FSP and/or mFSP in one or more vaccine vectors, which can also be used simultaneously.
EFFECT: such CVPs, nucleic acids and vectors are used to prevent or treat MSI forms of cancer.
