FIELD: computing systems.
SUBSTANCE: methods for monitoring and dynamic reconfiguration of computing systems. According to the method operability and functional efficiency of the functional modules of computing devices are controlled according to one or more indicators, assessments of the readiness and efficiency of devices is formed, the compliance of the device efficiency assessments with specified criteria is verified, computing devices are combined into pairs, device preference assessments are formed according to specified criteria, step-by-step pairwise comparison, evaluation of readiness, functional efficiency and preferences of devices according to specified criteria are performed, the most preferred devices according to specified criteria are identified, errors in device control are detected, information about the results of control, each stage of comparison and the final result of control are saved and transmitted, commands for reconfiguration of the computer system by replacing failed devices with operable or partially operable with reduced efficiency according to specified criteria are formed, a master device is appointed to organize control based on the readiness criterion, and the fact of readiness of devices is determined by their ability to perform control functions in full.
EFFECT: increasing the fault tolerance of the computing system.
