FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for monitoring and dynamic reconfiguration of computer systems. The control subsystem additionally introduced into each computing device monitors the performance of functional modules of computing devices, forms assessments of their readiness, combines them into pairs, forms preference assessments according to the readiness criterion, performs a pairwise comparison of assessments of the state of readiness and preference, determines the most preferred devices, detects control errors, stores and transmits information about the results of control, each stage of comparison and the final result of the control of the computing system, form commands for reconfiguration of the computing system by replacing failed devices with operable ones, assigns a master device that controls readiness, whereas the readiness of devices is determined by the ability to perform target functions.
EFFECT: increased fault tolerance of the computing system.
